That is why, for almost four decades, we have been doing only what we do best: automating everything from simple processes to complex production lines.

We owe our success and the trust of industry leaders in automotive engineering and other industries to our corporate structure, long-standing customer relationships and, above all, the enthusiasm, expertise and personal responsibility of our employees.

  • Developing plant-specific hardware solutions for automation systems
  • Producing innovative solutions for technical challenges
  • Communicating with national and international customers, internal teams as well as external suppliers and service providers
What sets you apart:
  • You are studying electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics (or have a comparable qualification).
  • Initial practical experience with PLC (especially Siemens S7) and MSR technology are a plus. Even more important, though, are your enthusiasm and motivation to get actively involved, learn and implement ideas independently.
  • We are team players. We would therefore be delighted if you enjoy working with others, have a talent for organization and are reliable.
  • You are fluent in German (or currently learning it) and have a very good command of English.
What we offer:
  • Your voice counts: With us, you can take part in deciding on the focus of your thesis in consultation with your university/college. We can always offer interesting topics in the field of automation.
  • Come & stay: If we are a good fit, we offer a wide range of prospects in a permanent position after you graduate.
  • Working for an SME: We have exciting, challenging projects in which you will help shape the control solutions of tomorrow from A to Z – with flexibility, a steep learning curve and the freedom to contribute your ideas.
  • Your development is our priority: We offer you individual opportunities for growing with us.
  • Your work-life balance: It should be possible to reconcile free time and work. That's why flextime, the option of working from home, and a subsidized business lunch at our Business Campus are all part of our normal routine.
  • We think about tomorrow: We care about sustainability and social commitment. For this reason, we give our employees the chance to make a contribution in a wide range of projects.
